Thoughts while reading A Game of Thrones.
- The major characters, of whom many are parents, are probably about my age or a few years older (early to mid thirties).
- These parents’ babies are having sex! And waging war!
- Okay, they’re not babies. They’re 10.
- FINE. They’re really about 14. Same thing.
- Have social conservatives lobbied to ban this series from libraries?
- Why are you even thinking about book banning??
- Oh, my god. You are getting old. GET OFF YOUR OWN GODDAMN LAWN!
